EVERY ITEM WE SELL IS CAREFULLY INSPECTED BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE GOODS, INFORM US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, A RETURN LABEL IS CONVENIENTLY ENCLOSED TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS RESTOCKING FEE OF $25. THE RETURN ITEM MUST BE RECEIVED BY RARE ROYALS INCORPORATED WITHIN 10 DAYS. ALL PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE CAREFULLY REPACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGE, UNWORN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, THE CUSTOMER MUST FIRST RETURN THE UNWANTED ITEM ACCORDING TO THE RETURN METHOD LISTED BELOW:
WE WILL EXCHANGE THE ITEMS IF THEY ARE FAULTY ON DELIVERY TO YOU AND WE ARE NOTIFIED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE CUSTOMERS RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
A REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT AND THE CUSTOMER MUST PLACE A NEW ORDER.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order, exclusive of the tax cost. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
